Qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions, with strategic planning skills
• Deep technical expertise in Control M, including plugins and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and organizational change management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate in Control M) or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years
• Collaborate with vendors to influence and improve Control M features
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Communicate strategy and roadmaps through presentations and briefings
• Build strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure successful adoption
• Lead testing strategies, including automation and environment setup
• Design monitoring frameworks with tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes
• Implement automation for operational tasks to improve efficiency

Feature Innovation & Self-Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback
• Develop self-service tools to enhance user experience and compliance
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments
