- Full training provided you’ll complete a in depth training with the opportunity to shadow experienced staff, giving you a real taste of life on the job!

- Perks including Blue Light cards and further employee discounts across hundreds of high street shops for fashion, hospitality, attractions, holidays, electronics and gaming supplies and much more.

- Access to career long learning and development opportunities.

- The chance to make a positive difference in a company passionate about diversity and inclusion.

We not only offer job stability & job security, but career development pathways for you to transition into Supervisory or Operational Management level roles. The centre is open24/6and whilst you’ll cover various shift patterns (which will include evenings, night shifts & weekends), we do operate on a rota basis that allows you the flexibility to enjoy meaningful time off to do the things you love (we typically work on average 12-hour shifts, 4 out of 7 days per week on a rota basis but we also offer flexible working options)

What you’ll do day to day:

Firstly, you’ll be responsible for the planning and scheduling of vehicles to ensure the safe transport of custodies in line with the agreed service delivery. You will work with multiple agencies ensuring the safe and secure delivery of the custodies return to their destination!
