Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Supervisor to join our team. This individual will oversee contract management, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and support the efficient execution of related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients, residents, and operatives daily to meet expectations and deliver high-quality service.
2. Attend internal and external meetings.
3. Survey works, capture all requirements, and identify the correct trades for completion.
4. Liaise daily with planners.
5. Manage daily activities of operatives, understanding their working patterns, concerns, and qualities.
6. Ensure all operatives are on-site on time, working to high standards, and delivering quality.
7. Understand client-specific KPIs to deliver effectively.
8. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager daily.
9. Complete inductions for new operatives and set clear expectations.
10. Conduct toolbox talks with operatives.
11. Work with HSE to ensure a safe working environment.
12. Maintain reasonable commercial awareness to ensure jobs meet profit margins.
13. Work as part of a team to provide a positive customer journey.
14. Complete vehicle inspections.
15. Serve as the first point of contact for operatives.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Background in contract administration, project coordination, or construction management.
