Job summary

City Gate Construction Ltd is seeking a proactive Contracts Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance works across South Ayr, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence. You will work with in-house operatives, subcontractors and management to maintain high standards.

The role requires proven supervision of planned and reactive maintenance, leadership of site teams, and strong organisational, communication and HSE knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Strong leadership of site teams and coordination of subcontractors.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and management.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of all projects.
• Lead and supervise site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
