IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, seeks a Contracts & Risk Administrator to join our team at our Alderley Park office in Manchester, UK. You will support the EMEA Contracts & Risk department with onboarding, documentation, and risk tracking, working under the Compliance & Risk Manager.
You’ll manage vendor vetting, contract repositories, and regional compliance tasks while coordinating office admin and meeting logistics across the EMEA region.

The Contracts & Risk Administrator provides foundational operational, administrative, and office support to the EMEA Contracts and Risk department. Reporting directly to the Compliance & Risk Manager, you will maintain project risk logs, coordinate contract documentation, and run day-to-day office administration. A core focus of this role is managing the Third-Party Worker Process, ensuring all contractors, freelancers, and external consultants are vetted, compliant, and properly onboarded across our EMEA operations.
