Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Lead to manage contracts across the Trust and support procurement activity on a trust-wide basis. This hands-on role sits in the Finance & Procurement Service and collaborates with the Head of Procurement and school teams to ensure compliant, value-for-money contracts.

Our central Shared Services teams play a vital role in supporting the success of every school within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts & Procurement Lead to join our Trust-wide support team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, inclusive education. This role offers the opportunity to work from home, or from our regional hub in Gloucester, as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Contracts & Procurement Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts across Greenshaw Learning Trust and for supporting procurement activity trust-wide. The role sits within the Finance & Procurement Service and works closely with the Head of Procurement, Finance Business Partners, and school-based colleagues to ensure contracts are compliant, well-managed, and deliver value for money. This is a hands‑on operational role requiring strong attention to detail, sound commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
