We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver high-profile luxury retail fit-out projects across the UK and Europe. Working with prestigious international brands, this is an exciting opportunity to lead flagship store openings, complex refurbishments, and multi-site rollouts valued between GBP350k-GBP2M+.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of retail fit-out projects across the UK and Europe.
• Overseeing BOQ preparation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, CDM requirements, and international standards.
• Managing client relationships with major brands and hospitality operators.
• Coordinating surveys, site assessments, and technical compliance procedures.
• Leading and mentoring project teams to maintain consistently high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have

• 7+ years' senior project management experience within retail fit-out.
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value projects (GBP350,000-GBP2M+).
• Strong technical knowledge of building regulations, CDM compliance, and JCT contracts.
• Familiarity with RIBA stages and MEP coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Exceptional client relationship skills and commercial acumen.
