Job Description:
To achieve revenue targets set by the company for allocated destinations and taking full responsibility for the product mix required. The Contracts Manager we are looking for will be ideally responsible for contracting Balearic and Canary Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and agree with the Director of Contracting/Regional Team Manager on specific product requirements.
- Expand WebBeds portfolio by finding new opportunities through market trend analysis.
- Ensure hotels are re-contracted and on sale within deadlines.
- Organize regular visits to hotels to build and maintain relationships; frequent business trips are required.
- Consult and agree on product additions with the Director of Contracting/Regional Team Manager.
- Negotiate and contract rates, special offers, allocations, added-value deals, overrides, and other deals ensuring competitive market rates. Lead negotiations to increase booking volume.
- Monitor competitor pricing and availability regularly.
- Analyze weekly sales reports to identify market trends and revenue opportunities.
- Advise on preferred partner hotels and negotiate exclusive deals.
- Address and resolve standard/service level issues with suppliers.
- Ensure hotel details are regularly updated on the platform.
- Support suppliers with tools and procedures, including extranet demonstrations.
- Assist with group placements as needed.
- Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract period, including close-out requests and liaising with relevant departments.
- Collaborate with Health and Safety team to ensure reports are completed and up to date.
- Maintain professional communication internally and externally following corporate guidelines.

Essential Qualifications & Knowledge:
- Contracting experience within the tourism industry; established relationships in the Spanish market.
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive, dynamic, passionate, team-oriented. Willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers.
- Stakeholder management skills and professional presence.

- High accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Effective time management and business strategy skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
