Selwood Housing is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (M&E) to lead a diverse portfolio spanning gas, electrical, renewables, heating and broader building services. You will manage supervisors, contractors and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, high‑quality services for our customers.

You'll lead supervisors and operational teams, drive performance, ensure compliance and champion a culture where safety, quality and customer service are never compromised.
