Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager in a residential-led, multi-sector contractor.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of delivering up to three concurrent projects, typically valued between £2m and £15m.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors across your projects.
• Drive programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performance on site.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the buying, admin and pre-construction teams to ensure every project is set up for success.
• Report directly to the Operations and Commercial Director.
