Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager advancing to Contracts Management or already in Contracts Management.
• Construction industry experience (civils, landscaping, groundworks or similar).
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from contract award through to completion.
• Coordinating clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Overseeing H&S, contract administration and overall project delivery.
• Office & site-based role across South Wales.
