• Excellent planning and stakeholder liaison abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire from pre-start to handover.
• Plan programmes, coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials.
• Conduct regular site visits and maintain high health & safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme and cost controls.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple industrial roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Planning programmes and coordinating labour, subcontractors and materials.
• Carrying out regular site visits across Yorkshire.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on site.
• Liaising with clients, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring project progress, quality and costs.
• Managing project documentation and reporting.Resolving site issues efficiently to maintain programme.
• Supporting successful project handovers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within industrial roofing and cladding.
• Experience managing projects valued between £100,000 and £1.2 million.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent management qualification.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
