Upfront Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for industrial roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire. This is a full-time, site-based role within a well-established specialist contractor, offering long-term stability and opportunities to lead a varied portfolio from pre-start to handover.

You will manage multiple live sites, coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials, monitor progress and costs, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within industrial roofing and cladding.
• Experience managing projects valued between £100,000 and £1.2 million.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent management qualification.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Planning programmes and coordinating labour, subcontractors and materials.
• Carrying out regular site visits across Yorkshire.
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on site.
• Liaising with clients, site managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring project progress, quality and costs.
• Managing project documentation and reporting.
• Resolving site issues efficiently to maintain programme.
• Supporting successful project handovers.

Contracts Manager required for a well established specialist contractor delivering industrial roofing and cladding projects across Yorkshire. This Contracts Manager opportunity offers a varied workload across refurbishment and new build schemes.
