Project Manager (Resin Flooring)

Are you a Project Manager from a Flooring or Construction background with experience working with resin flooring looking for a role in a close-knit family-run flooring and finishing company currently experiencing a period of exponential growth, working projects of all sizes ranging from residential floor installs all the way to large scale commercial and industrial projects?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a staple part of a family-run flooring company experiencing a period of excessive growth, who work on a variety of projects including large scale medical, industrial, and data center floor installations. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 2004 and are now looking for another Contract Manager to join their growing, friendly team.

In this role you will be responsible for discussing project requirements and specifications with external clients ensuring smooth project delivery, carrying out site survey inspections, completing site audit reports, liaising with the estimating team and operations manager to ensure all parties are informed of project expectations, and monitoring the project budget to minimize overspending.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a Flooring or Construction background with experience in resin flooring, looking for a role in a family-owned business, with the added benefit of a company car, your very own tech package, as well as unlimited overtime.
