Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking a Contracts Manager to support live and upcoming projects in the hospitality and leisure sectors. The role across fast-track fit-out, refurb and build schemes will cover assignments across the UK, with a clear focus on delivering projects on time and to budget.

You will drive 2–3 projects concurrently, coordinate with stakeholders and manage site teams, with nationwide travel and the potential to stay away one or two nights a week.

Job description

I’m working with a leading contractor who predominantly specialise in fit-out projects for hospitality & leisure clients. They are well-regarded in their sectors and have built a strong client base of blue-chip businesses.

They’ve asked to source a Contracts Manager to support live and upcoming projects. Their projects are diverse and can range from fast-track fit outs to new build/extension schemes across the UK.

In this role you’ll be tasked with driving 2/3 projects at any one time, this role will involve nationwide travel and potentially staying away from home one/two nights a week.
