Job summary

MTRP Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to support live and upcoming fit-out projects for hospitality and leisure clients across the UK. The role requires driving 2–3 schemes at once and will involve nationwide travel with potential nights away.

You will manage budgets, timelines and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to budget, with opportunities for progression within a well-regarded contractor.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across fit-out, refurbishment and build projects.
• Ability to manage multiple schemes and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home 1–2 nights per week.

I m working with a leading contractor who predominantly specialise in fit-out projects for hospitality & leisure clients. They are well-regarded in their sectors and have built a strong client base of blue-chip businesses. They ve asked to source a Contracts Manager to support live and upcoming projects. Their projects are diverse and can range from fast-track fit outs to new build/extension schemes across the UK. In this role you ll be tasked with driving 2/3 projects at any one time, this role will involve nationwide travel and potentially staying away from home one/two nights a week.
