We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our Swindon operations team. You will be responsible for managing construction projects, leading project teams, and ensuring company procedures are followed to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Set and uphold high safety and environmental standards.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Plan and manage all aspects of construction projects, identifying challenges and solutions.
• Manage project programmes, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee the design process and coordinate with consultants to meet budget and schedule.
• Promote company values and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set goals and objectives for team members and support their development.
• Manage profit and loss, working with QS to meet financial targets.
• Report on project delays or disruptions and resolve issues promptly.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience with D&B, framework, two-stage, and negotiated contracts.
• Preconstruction knowledge and tendering experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and team leadership skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and coach team members.
