Schneider Electric UK&I Services is seeking a Contract Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial governance across service and project contracts. You will partner with Operations, Finance and Legal to protect margin, manage change, and ensure contractual compliance throughout delivery.

Required experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts, strong numerical skills and a drive to progress professionally, with English fluency essential for written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual governance across service and project contracts.
• Interpret contract terms and frameworks; highlight risks and obligations.
• Lead pricing and assessment of variation orders to protect margin.
• Track variations end-to-end and support revenue forecasting.
• Ensure contract administration, governance, and version control.
• Support billing, payment terms, and resolve overdue invoices.
