Job summary
PA Group UK Ltd, part of the RS K Group, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Asbestos Removal) to lead site and office teams in Dartford, UK. You will ensure compliance with HSG 247 and asbestos regulations, manage client relationships, and prepare quotations.
The role requires asbestos removal experience, a full UK driving licence, and strong Health & Safety knowledge. A contributory pension, life assurance, private health care, and ongoing training opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in asbestos removal is essential.
- Training and qualification within the asbestos industry is essential.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Management of asbestos removal site and office teams to meet regulations.
- Prepare notifications, method statements and risk assessments.
- Manage client relationships and present quotations for works.
- Carry out site audits and oversee framework contracts.
- Ensure compliance with HSG 247 and 2012 asbestos controls.
- Maintain Easybop Remedial Administration Database.
- Collaborate within Contracts Managers team.
