Job summary

Apex Search and Selection Limited are partnering with a leading UK specialist in bespoke feature staircases to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for architectural metalwork projects across London and the South of England.

You will own multiple high-value staircase projects from pre-start to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met, while collaborating with clients, architects and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager in construction is essential.
• Experience in joinery, fit-out, specialist subcontracting, architectural metalwork or staircases is important.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills required.

The Opportunity

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple high-value staircase projects from pre-start through to successful completion, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are delivered to an exceptional level.

Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and site teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the UK's most impressive bespoke staircase installations.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
