Job summary

Apex Search & Selection is partnering with one of the UK's leading specialists in bespoke feature staircases to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.

The role involves taking ownership of multiple high-value staircase projects from pre-start through to handover, coordinating clients, architects and site teams, and ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are met on prestigious, design-led installations across London and the South of England.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager within construction.
• Experience in joinery, fit-out, specialist subcontracting, or staircases.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.

Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and site teams, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering some of the UK's most impressive bespoke staircase installations.
