The role involves taking ownership of high-value staircase projects, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are delivered to an exceptional level, working closely with clients, architects and site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction.
• Experience within joinery, fit-out, specialist subcontracting, architectural metalwork or staircases would be essential.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.
