Well-established, family-run building contractor with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and excellent client service require a seanior contracts manager to help drive projects and the business to the next stage of growth.

Projects range from bespoke residential refurbishments to commercial fit-outs and small new-build developments within both the public and private sector.

Project values range from £50k to £2m

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
