Job summary

PSR Solutions are recruiting a Contracts Manager for a permanent position within the Civil Engineering sector. The role covers the East & West Midlands and focuses on groundworks projects.

You will manage programmes, budgets and stakeholders across the site, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years as a Contracts Manager, proven experience with groundworks, and a strong track record delivering on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Experience managing Groundworks projects is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.

Responsibilities

• Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
• Prioritise workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
• Attend site meetings with client and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes.
• Work closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with current legislation.
• Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
