Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing Care Home/Healthcare M&E projects.
• Solid knowledge of UK M&E standards (BS 7671, HTM, CIBSE, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle M&E contracts—from design through to handover.
• Manage budgets, programmes, and compliance across nationwide projects.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure success.

• Oversee full lifecycle M&E contracts—from design through to handover

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years’ experience managing Care Home/Healthcare M&E projects
• Solid knowledge of UK M&E standards (BS 7671, HTM, CIBSE, etc.)
• Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and a proactive problem-solver
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
