Contracts Manager

A leading construction and interiors consultancy has an immediate requirement for an experienced contracts manager with principal contractor side experience to join their team at their offices in Lichfield.

Salary: Circa £55,000 – £60,000 plus car and benefits

As a contracts manager, it is essential to have a background in shopfitting with appropriate principal contractor experience (not client or consultant side), and experience in retail fit-out and refurbishment.

Previous experience in retail, leisure, and fast-track fitting out is crucial for this demanding role.

Requirements:

• CSCS card, 5-day SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness
• Driving Licence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Certificates in Maths and English to a reasonable grade
• Experience in a similar role

As a contracts manager, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously under framework or Schedule of Rates, with project values typically ranging from £100k to £1m, and durations of 3 to 8 weeks.

Again, experience in retail, leisure, and fast-track fitting out is essential.
