PSR Solutions’ Intumescent division in Kettering is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee site-based and off-site coating contracts from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, site teams, subcontractors and internal operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Based in Kettering, the role will mix office, site and off-site facility management.

Contracts Manager - Intumescent Division

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding Intumescent team in Kettering.

With a growing workload across both site-based contracts and our expanding off-site operations, this is a key appointment within the business. You'll take responsibility for overseeing contracts from start to finish, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and our internal operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Our off-site operation is already established, with further expansion planned, creating a strong platform for continued growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing existing contracts. We're looking for a person who can bring experience, leadership and fresh ideas, while helping shape the way the division operates as it grows.

Based in Kettering, the role will involve a mixture of office, site and off-site facility management.

The right person will have:
