Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the creation, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements across the UK. You will partner with business leaders, delivery teams, and external counsel to drive risk-aware commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts, maintaining templates, and overseeing the contract lifecycle. The role requires senior-level experience in UK contract law and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years within a contracts management or commercial contracts-focussed role.
• Proven experience across full contract lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and risk management practices across the UK.
• Experience working within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-standard contractual provisions and provide practical recommendations to mitigate commercial and legal risk
• Continuously improve contracting processes to reduce turnaround times and support business growth, including the development of policies, procedures, and controls

Partnering closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and external counsel when required, you will manage contract creation, negotiation, and risk mitigation.

What you must have:

• Experience working within the UK.

Nice to have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor within England & Wales or similar Common Law jurisdiction
