A leading water hygiene company is seeking a full-time professional based in Corby to manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction by creating tailored solutions. Based in our Corby office, this role focuses on nurturing long-term partnerships and proactively identifying new business opportunities. You will ensure client satisfaction by meeting clients, managing account financials, understanding their needs, and creating tailored solutions. Collaborating with internal experts, you'll ensure seamless service delivery, promote efficiency, and uphold health & safety and quality standards. Your proactive approach will be crucial in expanding services and maintaining high client retention.
Applicants should have a strong background in water compliance, with proven experience and knowledge of regulations like HSG 274 and HTM04-01. If you're a quick learner with the right mindset, we welcome your application!
Experience in client management is preferred. We value empathy and resilience, along with clear communication skills adaptable to clients, technicians, and colleagues. You should navigate shifting priorities with ease, focus on solving issues proactively, and be confident with technology such as Excel and CRM systems (e.g., SimPro). Flexibility in managing your workload and travel, along with a full UK driving license, is essential.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with no on-call or weekend work, and the office is closed during Christmas. We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options with about 3 days in the office per week.
The salary starts from £38,000, with an optional car allowance, plus a comprehensive benefits package to support you.
