• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and manage project risks and provide solutions.
• Drive high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Contracts Manager

Location: Brierley Hill (Candidates must live within a maximum 45-minute commute)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + comprehensive package

The Opportunity

An established and growing regional construction and development business is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of 2-3 local developments across the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Contracts Manager position. You'll receive the support, training and mentoring needed to develop your career while taking ownership of multiple projects.

Projects are all locally based, providing an excellent work-life balance with minimal travel.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of 2-3 live developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Projects will include a varied mix of:

• New build residential developments
• New build commercial schemes

You will work closely with site teams, commercial staff and senior management to ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
