Job summary

Ten Human Resources is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Site Manager to oversee multiple small-scale construction sites across the South East. You will manage window/door installations and flood defence projects, coordinating with clients, suppliers and on-site teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in contracts or site management within glazing or fenestration, strong organisation and communication skills, and NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as contracts manager or site manager in construction, glazing, or fenestration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to lead site teams.
• NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select number of windows and doors installation projects including flood defence from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Lead site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Provide hands-on leadership, occasionally working on-site where required
• Travel to site locations across the South East with occasional nights away.

We are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Site Manager to oversee the execution of multiple small-scale construction sites across the South East

Key Responsibilities:

• The contracts manager will manage a select number of windows, and doors installation projects, coupled with flood defence from start to finish
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Lead site planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and contractual requirements
• Provide hands-on leadership, occasionally working on-site where required
• Travel to site locations across the South East and South, which will include occassional nights away.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a contracts manager or site manager within the construction, or glazing, or fenestration industry
• Proven experience managing multiple small-scale construction sites simultaneously.
• NVQ Level 5 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) would be a benefit, but not as essential as the application of common sense!
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate site teams
