Intercity Technology is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to manage, maintain, and develop our contractual agreements across our diverse supplier and customer ecosystems. The role involves ensuring contracts are robust, compliant, and commercially advantageous, supporting our business growth and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities as a Contracts Manager
- Draft, negotiate, review, and manage a broad portfolio of contracts including customer agreements, supplier contracts, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SLAs, NDAs, renewals, and amendments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all contractual matters and queries.
- Maintain an organized, auditable contract register and key milestone tracker.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, group policies, and applicable laws such as GDPR, Data Protection, and Ofcom.
- Provide clear, pragmatic contractual advice to internal stakeholders, addressing regulatory risks across procurement, finance, sales, delivery, and leadership.
- Support procurement and bid teams in evaluating commercial terms and tender documentation.
- Drive process improvements to contracting processes, templates, and workflows.
- Support the development of automated contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract management, legal support, or commercial operations within a B2B or tech environment.
- Deep understanding of commercial and contractual law principles.
- Experience managing both supplier and customer contracts, preferably in technology, telecoms, or MSP sectors.
- Proficiency in negotiating complex contract terms independently.
- Familiarity with standard contract types such as licensing, service agreements, data processing, and cloud solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple contracts effectively.

- Ability to resolve complex contract issues quickly and effectively.
