Job summary

Contract / Project Manager (Construction) for Evolve Talent Search Ltd is an office-based role with regular travel to project sites. Immediate start requested, with projects ranging in value from £50k to £1m.

You will oversee multiple live projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control and adherence to safety and quality standards across NHS sites, social housing and schools.

Contracts / Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Office-based with regular travel to project sites

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary depending on live projects)

Start: Immediate / Urgent requirement

We are urgently seeking an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from contract award through to completion. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, organisation, and commercial awareness across live sites, with responsibility for managing contracts typically ranging in value from £50k to £1m.

• Demonstrated capability in delivering projects within occupied NHS buildings, social housing, and school environments, with a strong understanding of live working environments.
• Experience with programming / project scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and varying priorities
• Willingness to travel as required by project demands
