Job summary

Howdens Joinery is seeking an experienced Contracts Installation Manager to oversee kitchen installations across the Bournemouth area. The role involves managing multiple live projects, coordinating approved fitting teams and subcontractors, and ensuring installations meet high standards of quality, safety and customer service.

You will liaise with Site Managers, QS, Contracts Managers and depot teams to keep projects on track and drive a strong health and safety culture on all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing installations, fit-out projects or construction activities on site.
• Background as Installation Manager, Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Supervisor, Construction Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.

• Conduct pre-start meetings and set projects up for success.
