Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the South West. You will work with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects meet high-quality standards, timescales, and KPIs. The role includes recruiting installers, coordinating teams, and driving process improvements.

You will comply with Health & Safety policies and help shape customer experiences in a fast-growing company with uncapped potential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations with subcontractors.
• Strong organisation with ability to prioritise workload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Creative in supporting strategic tenders.
• Valid CSCS card or SSSTS certification required.

About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the South West, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
