As a trusted expert, Balvac extends the life of our nation's infrastructure by delivering innovative structural repair, strengthening, protection, and maintenance solutions to restore customer assets to full capacity.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage internal resources and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are constructed according to contract drawings, specifications, and Project Management Plan
  • Manage site dimensional control and facilitate setting out of works
  • Produce and review construction methods statements for efficiency and safety
  • Produce site documentation including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, and Construction Phase Management Plan
  • Develop and work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity
  • Apply procedures from project Health, Safety, and Environmental plans, promoting a safe working culture
Who we're looking for
  • Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent (preferable)
  • Experience in structural or specialist repair projects
  • Good QC/QA experience
  • Experience with infrastructure schemes on concrete structures
  • Ability to organise works and manage multiple teams efficiently
