What you'll be doing

As a Contracts Engineer, you will:

  1. Manage internal resources and subcontractors.
  2. Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, and Project Management Plan.
  3. Manage site dimensional control, ensuring contractors have the facilities for setting out the works.
  4. Produce and review construction method statements to ensure efficient and safe construction.
  5. Produce all site documentation for the delivery of the works, including PMP, PVPMP, ITP, Construction Phase Management Plan, etc., as required.
  6. Develop and work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity outputs.
  7. Understand and apply procedures and processes detailed in the project Health, Safety, and Environmental plans, promoting a safe working culture.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent (preferable).
  • Experience in delivering structural repair/specialist repair projects.
  • Good QC/QA experience.
  • Previous experience working on infrastructure schemes on concrete structures.
  • Ability to organize works and manage multiple teams efficiently.
