Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a Business Support Associate to deliver high-level customer service to contractors, sales partners and internal teams. You will be the primary contact for contractor queries, manage changes and document data in Allegis systems and Salesforce.

In this role you will support data accuracy, collaborate with Time & Expense teams, and build strong partnerships across departments to support business goals. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Acts as sole point of contact for contractor queries within the Field Support Group.
• Performs data entry and validates data integrity in Allegis systems.
• Maintains contractor records in Allegis systems and Salesforce.
• Supports Time & Expense associates with adjustments and stakeholder liaison.
• Builds strong relationships with Sales partners and other departments.
• Collaborates with Time & Expense Associates to resolve queries and provides ad-hoc reporting.
