JLL is seeking a Contractor Supervising Officer based in Washington, Tyne and Wear NE37, on client site Rolls-Royce. You will oversee all contractors and visitors, ensuring works are performed safely and in accordance with RAMS and client standards.

This role requires leading a CSO team, enforcing health and safety, and coordinating with the client and IM/FM teams. You will travel across North England sites as needed, maintain site safety and quality, run pre-start and daily interface meetings,

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and contractors.
• Proven track record for managing contractors and subcontractors in hard FM/commercial properties.
• Ability to lead large teams and enforce health, safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage all contractors and visitors to site in line with RAMS and policies.
• Ensure subcontractor works are safely delivered and properly controlled.
• Liaise between subcontractors, JLL and client to ensure clear communications and safe operations.
• Lead training and mentoring of the CSO team and drive KPI/SLA performance.
• Travel to other sites across North England as required.
