Job summary

SP Energy Networks in Glasgow is seeking a Contractor Management Analyst to support live framework agreements and governance across all active contracts. You will analyse performance data, engage with stakeholders, and drive improvements in operational delivery and value.

The role requires knowledge of framework agreements, SPEN operations, and SAP/PowerBI; a commercial or finance background is advantageous. Domestic/international contract awareness is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven project and contract management skills.
• Computer literacy including SAP and PowerBI.
• Professional qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous performance improvement through analysis of operational outputs, performance data, and feedback from stakeholders.
• Engage proactively with internal and external customers to support the delivery of effective communication and management of service framework contracts.
• Develop and implement robust improvement plans for service framework contracts, focused on enhancing operational delivery, efficiency and value.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting systems covering costs, budgets, forecasts and performance metrics.
