• Lead a small team in Contracting Services to maximise performance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and manage associated risks.
• Oversee contract budgets and explore cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Promote social value and environmental consciousness in contracts.
• Provide guidance and training to improve contract management skills across the organisation.
