Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Contract Surveyor to join our national team, managing mechanical and electrical assets, especially street lighting, across the organisation. You’ll liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure safe, compliant service delivery.

The role requires coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors, with CIOB/CIBSE/CIPS membership or Level 3+ built environment qualification, and willingness to travel across the region. Hybrid working is available.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors.
• Membership of CIOB, CIBSE, or CIPS, and/or a Level 3 or higher technical or built environment qualification.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
