Line Up Aviation is seeking a Supply Officer on a 12-month contract to drive end-to-end order book management and optimize material flows for on-time, cost-effective deliveries. The role is based in Broughton, Flintshire, with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week and 35 hours per week.

An hourly rate of £29.00 via Umbrella, inside IR35, applies. Key duties include proactive supplier portfolio management, MRP data accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain

Qualifikationen

• Proactive mindset with broad experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience working in Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) and cross-functional structures.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners.
• Expertise in order book management, MRP systems, and SAP in manufacturing.
• Experience with digital supply chain tools, analytics and process automation.
• Excellent communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Proactively manage supplier portfolios using digital solutions to anticipate risks and Mitigation strategies.
• Drive end-to-end order book management, maintain precise MRP Master Data and optimize procurement and inventory parameters.
• Participate in and support MFT, partnering with Supply Chain Quality Managers, Commercial Buyers, and Operations.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, communicate priorities, manage supplier recoveries and resolve queries.
• Oversee demand and forecast planning, challenge supplier performance and optimize stock levels.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
