Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Site Manager for a refurbishment project based in Harrow. The role is contract-based and requires travel to various sites. You will lead the team with a strong focus on health and safety, ensuring work adheres to company procedures and quality standards.

The position covers a 4–6 week timeframe with a start date to be confirmed. Experience in similar roles and relevant safety certifications are essential, along with own transport to manage on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Skilled in planned works.
• CSCS certification is required.
• SMSTS certification is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.
• Own transport is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality service is provided and scheduling work to adhere to company procedures.
• Lead and manage the team whilst training and mentoring so they can succeed alongside you, clear progression routes will be demonstrated for you and your team.
• Liaising with the Contracts Manager to inspect and analyse the quality of work across.
