Are you an experienced Service Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity?

A leading company within the energy sector is seeking a talented and motivated Service Analyst to join their team and support the operational delivery of services to customers.

As a Service Analyst, your responsibilities will include ensuring services meet established business rules and performance standards, focusing on customer support, service improvements, and promoting self-service options.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Continuously monitor data and risks, identifying issues promptly.
  2. Inform colleagues and line managers of operational challenges.
  3. Investigate root causes of issues and assist in resolutions.
  4. Develop expertise in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation.
  5. Prepare and deliver reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Validate and maintain critical data.
  7. Implement service changes and improvements.
  8. Handle customer service inquiries efficiently.
  9. Contribute to knowledge management systems and content.
  10. Develop knowledge of the GB electricity market.
  11. Possess experience in customer service.
  12. Ability to present to groups.
  13. Provide knowledge management content.
  14. Knowledge of ITIL framework.
