As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided to customers adhere to established business rules and meet the agreed-upon performance standards. This position is pivotal in customer support, focusing on ongoing service improvements to reduce disruptions and promote increased adoption of self-service options.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Analyst:

1. Continuously monitor and assess data and risks, promptly identifying any issues.
2. Keep colleagues and line managers informed of significant operational challenges and concerns.
