Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile delivery in a Salesforce–driven environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage timelines, and collaborate with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Based in the United Kingdom, this role requires onsite presence in Oxford every Wednesday and the ability to navigate fast-paced delivery challenges with proactive problem solving and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Scrum Master, PM or similar Agile delivery role.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience managing projects from planning through delivery.
• Must have Salesforce experience, ideally within a project or delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work onsite every Wednesday in Oxford.

Responsibilities
