AND Digital in Oxford is recruiting a Contract Scrum Master / Project Manager to start ASAP. The role requires strong Salesforce experience and will be onsite in Oxford every Wednesday. Duration is approximately until the end of 2026 (about 4 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all key Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track against timelines, scope and objectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
• Remove blockers and help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile ways of working.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and actions.
• Support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce knowledge to understand the platform, delivery requirements and project context.
• Help the team maintain a strong focus on delivery, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support our client, combining strong project management skills with hands‑on Agile and Scrum experience. A key requirement for this role is previous Salesforce experience.

• Experience managing projects from planning through to delivery.
• Must have Salesforce experience – ideally within a project or delivery environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers and delivery challenges.
