Job Description:

Contract & Sales Operation Specialist / Manager, based on experience.

Our client is a global leading solar PV manufacturing company and solutions provider, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, managing contract and sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate with regional channel partners for transactions, including quotations, signing, invoicing, payment collection, and delivery;
  2. Support channel developers with communication and reception work;
  3. Ensure the quality of regional contract business;
  4. Reconcile and provide feedback on regional business data;
  5. Handle local administrative operations such as office leasing, decoration, expense reimbursement, vehicle leasing and management, and daily operations (procurement, utilities, network, supplier management);
  6. Assist headquarters with local HR tasks including interviews, labor contracts, onboarding, attendance management, training, team-building activities, resignation procedures, and salary accounting.

Note: Contract-related work accounts for approximately 80%, with other responsibilities making up 20%.

Requirements:

Must:

  • Experience in reviewing sales or commercial contracts;
  • Legal background is a plus but not mandatory;
  • Previous sales operations experience is highly desirable;
  • HR experience is a plus but not required.
