MAK Jobs is expanding its dynamic team in Rugby and looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

Location: Rugby

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am5:00pm (flexibility required)

Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to take charge of established industrial contracts? As a key member of our team, youll manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial contracts.

Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates .
• Building tailored recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
• Visiting client sites to strengthen relationships and understand operational demands.
• Managing monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate internal records.
• Overseeing timesheets, absences, and compliance for agency workers.
• Updating job postings across boards and social media.
• Being on-call to address urgent staffing needs.
